	Academy of Model Aeronautics - The AMA is the largest model aircraft organization in the world. All members of the CSRA Flyers are required to maintain an annual membership with the AMA. Your AMA membership includes the added benefits of liability umbrella, medical, fire and theft insurance. Even if you don't belong to an AMA chartered club, you really should join the AMA.

	If you are 13 yrs or older and fly any radio controlled aircraft (referred to as Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) by the FAA) that weighs more than 0.55 lbs must register at Register My UAS by February 19, 2016 or face possible civil or criminal penalties. Note that a UAS isn't limited to just multirotors (commonly referred to as "drones") as it also includes RC planes, helicopters, gliders, etc.
